Bright Perspectives Career Circles are facilitated group conversations
designed for schools, organizations, teams, and communities seeking shared reflection and creative exploration. Through storytelling, mapping exercises, and guided conversations, participants step back from daily demands to see their career journey from new perspectives.
Within Career Circles, participants:
Insight grows not only from personal reflection, but from the collective wisdom in the room. Career Circles normalize the complexity of career navigation—realizing that others are asking similar questions about their values, choices, balance, and contribution can transform the way we think about our own journey. These circles create a space where people feel genuinely heard and where shared learning becomes a foundation for moving forward with confidence.

Meeting Josée is quite simply a breath of fresh air. She's a genuine listener, her energy is contagious and her passion for bringing out the best in the people around her is palpable.
