I have dedicated my career in education to helping people recognize their potential, clarify their values, and move toward meaningful goals. I began as a teacher and later served as a principal and district leader. Today, I continue this mission as a coach and consultant.
Throughout my career, my focus has remained constant: fostering wellbeing, confidence, and alignment. Whether leading schools, coaching educators, or supporting youth, I have remained committed to co-creating spaces where people feel valued and supported.
I had often observed how so many people—at different stages of life and leadership—struggled to navigate their career paths. I wanted to create a space for deep reflection on one’s value, one’s journey, and the impact one hopes to make in the world.
Bright Perspectives was born from that intention.
